What is Within Walls?
Within Walls is a property marketing agency, suppling marketing materials primarily for estate agents but also interior designers, architects and more. I am Abigail the head photographer and the ‘one-woman-band’ behind the company. I carry out photography, videography, floor plans and EPCs, so all your property marketing needs are met in one single visit and delivered to you within 24 hours of the visit. I work with home owners, estate agents, builders and interior designers across the South of England to capture properties in their best light. I have over 7 years of experience shooting homes, hotels and commercial spaces and I love using a 'lifestyle' approach to make the most of those features that make your property unique and enticing.

Based out of Horsham, West Sussex, I carry out jobs all over Sussex, Surrey and Kent. I pride myself in being very approachable and welcoming to all my clients, and I take great care and pride in my work. I am RICs certified and a registered domestic energy assessor, so my floor plans and EPCs are carried out at the highest quality. I am also a member of the Royal Photographic Society and have over a decade of photography experience, using all the latest equipment and editing software to bring your photos to life. But most importantly, I am a happy, calm and professional presence in your client’s homes, making them feel included in the process and ensuring a stress-free experience.
What Makes Within Walls Different From Other Marketing Agencies?
After working for seven years in the industry, I noticed some gaps in the market that weren’t being filled, so I started my own company- Within Walls. Social media is the pinnacle of online advertising in the current climate and it needs to be utilised to its fullest potential. So I have created social media packages that not only include normal landscape photographs for your website, but also accompanying portrait photos and videos specifically designed and optimised for all social media platforms. I also hold social media seminars for agents to help them better understand how to use social media to their advantage.
Marketing a property isn’t as simple as just putting some photos on Rightmove anymore; prospective buyers are looking for much more information, and are therefore more likely to gravitate towards agents who provide this. Sellers also expect more nowadays when it comes to marketing their most precious asset, so it’s important to take the time and care and offer a comprehensive experience for them. We are living in a digital age, and with the new generation of first buyers spending a lot of their time on social media, this is naturally where marketing is gravitating toward.
